First, I found one-on-one tutoring interesting because it is a great instructional method to engage students. I believe that one on one tutoring is the best way for a student to learn. The reason is that a student has no distractions to keep him from interacting. As a teacher you can only do so much to make sure your students understand the material and aren't falling behind. For example, athletes have one coach watch them but the also has the watch the other 30 player too and only has a certain amount of time that he can spent with each player. But a personal trainer can do much more because they spent more time with the player and get to know their weakness and strengths and try to build on them.
Second, I found internet literacy an important topic because it is something that college student need. I believe that teachers need to teach students about internet literacy before they get to college because it is one of the most important thing they need to know when they are writing a research paper or term paper. Many students struggle with this topic when they get to college for the reason that they believe that everything that they find on google is correct and reliable information. They need to learn about the library databases. There is a lot of information out there but we just need to find the right one. For example, the Fsw database is great for research papers.
Third, group work is something the can be added into projects, presentations, and class assignments. Group work helps the teacher spread out the work among the groups so the teacher doesn't have to teacher each student how to complete the assignment. The students can also help each other figure out the problem since some students are better at certain task than others. Students are able to collaborate in different way during group work. It is important that all of the students are contributing and not just one student is doing all the work.
In conclusion, it is important for students to learn to work together and collaborate new ideas with each other. The best way to help a struggling student is one on one tutoring. As a teacher you have to keep things interesting for you students.

Chapter 1
First, the technology-based office is great of teachers for the reason that it will make keeping their work and their students work organized. Instead of having to deal piles of paper all the papers are on the computer in files. It make accessing the work so much easier. All of the assignments that you give can be on your computer so just incase you lose the hard copy you can go on the computer and print out another one. And if you have a laptop you can carry your work anywhere you go. Having the ability to do your work where ever you want.
Second, I found reading about digital identity interesting because it is an important concept for teachers. Now a days everyone is on social media and they can view everything you have ever posted. So if you are trying to become a teacher or are one you have to make sure you have a good digital identity because student, teachers, and parent are seeing what you put online. Teachers have to watch themselves because now a days ever kid in class has a phone and can record you doing or saying something inappropriate. As a college athlete I have had coach tell us to watch what we post on social media because there people just waiting for us to mess up. I have seen to two athletes get kick out of school what they posted on social media.
Third, I enjoyed reading about technology pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) because it is something that up and come teachers should know. Teachers should learn about the three different forms of knowledge. The teacher should have good knowledge over the subject matter that the are teaching. It is important that teacher has the ability to teach that content using technology to keep student interested. Teaching the content in new and different keeps the material interesting for the student. You have to find different ways of teach material because must student learn in different kinds of ways. This way you can also find strengths and weakness in the way that they learn. You need to balance the three learnings into your teaching as show in the article TPACK Explained.
Conclusion, technology can make a teachers life much easier and more organize but it can also make it more difficult since they have to be careful of what goes on the internet. Also technology can effect the ways to teach content since there are many ways of doing so.
